THE CHALLENGE

Dropbox needed a high-impact eBook that could clearly communicate secure collaboration strategies for remote teams. The challenge: create a clean, professional format that balanced technical information with compelling visuals, making it easy for business decision-makers, IT professionals, and remote teams to grasp the key takeaways without getting lost in the details.

THE SOLUTION

I designed an eBook that simplifies complex topics through a modern, structured layout, bold typography, and a strategic color system. The design leverages Dropbox’s brand identity while adding a fresh, sophisticated feel that enhances readability and engagement. Sections were carefully structured to guide readers through security protocols, remote collaboration tools, and best practices, ensuring an intuitive, seamless experience.

Dropbox was happy enough with the design that they purchased the template after delivery, turning it into their official framework for future technical content. The flexible design system was repurposed across multiple campaigns and formats, helping Dropbox position itself as both innovative and easy to work with.
