Challenge: create clean, professional format balancing technical information with compelling visuals, making content accessible for business decision-makers, IT professionals, and remote teams without drowning in density. Content had to work for both technical and non-technical audiences while maintaining Dropbox’s brand authority.

THE SOLUTION

Designed eBook simplifying complex security topics through modern, structured layout, bold typography, strategic color system. Yellow accent color differentiated content from standard Dropbox materials while maintaining brand recognition. Sections carefully structured guiding readers through security protocols, remote collaboration tools, best practices, ensuring intuitive experience. Leveraged Dropbox-provided illustrations within cohesive design system enhancing readability without overwhelming technical content.
